I’ll be taking a break from New Food Friday posts for a couple of weeks as I get ready to launch…[drumroll please]…whateverpieces.com!
(Right now it’s the Internet equivalent of an abandoned warehouse, but rest assured, I’m working on it.)
I’ve been writing this cooking blog since 2011, and if you’ve been reading it for a while you have seen it evolve from rambling recipes and iPhone photos to something a little more sophisticated. Moving the site to my own domain is the next step in this journey. I’m looking forward to designing the new site and getting it up and running!
I also see this as a chance to clean up the content and make Whatever Pieces align more closely with the way I cook today–that is to say, everything in moderation but with a better focus on healthier meals. I’m hoping to add nutritional information to recipes in some form, and make it easier for readers with different dietary requirements to find what they need. More on that later.
